Location:

The site is located north of Pampatar city on Ave. 3 of May, Residences Pan de Azucar, and 1 km from the beach in a tranquil zone, away from the busy tourism area.

By law, it is forbidden in Venezuela to build houses on the beach front. This is due to the fact that beaches are public.

The commercial shopping mall “Sambil” is located 15 minutes from Pan de Azucar. This is considered to be the largest shopping centre in the Caribbean with approx. 250 shops, great restaurants of different specialities, banks, cinema, casino, supermarkets and much more.
