Construction

As you can appreciate from the architecture plan below, the project of 120 town houses is located in a private area, securely enclosed. On the left upper side you can see the town houses, and on the right hand side the social areas with gardens, swimming pool and tennis court. On the bottom right hand side you can see the grocery shop and administration office. In the photos you can see the project is built on a hill, realising an ocean view and an impressive vista of the valley surrounded by mountains. Security service is available 24 hours a day. Only authorized people are allowed to enter the property. The construction of the site started in 2007.
